Molly is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with 15+ years of experience helping companies grow intentionally and sustainably. She’s led hiring across industries—from hourly operations to executive roles—and built in-house talent functions from scratch. Molly’s known for her human-first approach, strategic mindset, and ability to make hiring feel less overwhelming and a lot more effective. She’s passionate about building values-aligned teams and creating processes that are both people-centered and results-driven.

Christine Hunt

Christine has 20+ years of experience in recruiting and talent operations, with a focus on high-volume hiring across retail, supply chain, and manufacturing. Her superpower? Creating recruiting processes that work for everyone—incredible candidate experiences and strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. She’s led full-cycle hiring from the field to leadership roles and knows how to streamline the chaos without losing the human touch. If your hiring process feels clunky, Christine’s the one who can smooth it out and make it make sense.
