Molly is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with 15+ years of experience helping companies grow intentionally and sustainably. She’s led hiring across industries—from hourly operations to executive roles—and built in-house talent functions from scratch. Molly’s known for her human-first approach, strategic mindset, and ability to make hiring feel less overwhelming and a lot more effective. She’s passionate about building values-aligned teams and creating processes that are both people-centered and results-driven.
Christine has 20+ years of experience in recruiting and talent operations, with a focus on high-volume hiring across retail, supply chain, and manufacturing. Her superpower? Creating recruiting processes that work for everyone—incredible candidate experiences and strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. She’s led full-cycle hiring from the field to leadership roles and knows how to streamline the chaos without losing the human touch.
